Venison haunch, blackberry glaze, whisky & mustard mash, bacon wrapped green beans





(Cranachan) Scottish oats, raspberries, clotted cream, whisky

(Clootie dumpling) Spiced fruit dumpling, custard, caramel ice cream

Sticky ginger pudding, whisky caramel sauce, whipped cream
